The Cosy
What is The Cosy made from?
The Cosy is made from premium super soft sherpa fleece (inner) and super soft flannel (outer).
Not only are these materials the softest on earth, they're also cruelty free and ethical (Vegan).
Can I wash it?
To take care of your Cosy, we recommend a gentle cold wash with mild detergents. Do not iron, dry clean or tumble dry it, leave it to dry naturally.
Can I return it?
We understand that sometimes The Cosy just isn't the right fit, so we offer a 30 day 'Cloud Comfort' guarantee.
Give it a go for 30 days and if you don’t love how cosy, warm and wearable it is, you can send it back for a full refund.

How do I track my order?
We understand how excited you are to receive your Cosy!
The Cosy will deliver your order with a tracking number provided by AusPost (you can check the progress of your delivery here: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search
Your tracking number will be emailed to the same email used at checkout.
AusPost will leave the order at your specified address if the courier believes it is safe to do so.
Please note that The Cosy is not responsible for missing orders at your specified address if there is proof of correct delivery to that address.
For international orders, Auspost will deliver to your country of residence and a local courier will take care of the rest.
How long will shipping take?
All orders are dispatched within two business days from our Melbourne warehouse. Delivery time depends on your location, but we ask to allow 3-8 business days for orders within Australia and 8-12 business days for overseas orders.
